The Ask:

Airbnb needed a big launch for their new offering, "Trips and Experiences," aiming to revolutionize the travel industry by integrating unique local experiences with their existing accommodation services.

The Answer:

At Chiat Day I helped lead the strategy and creative for the launch of "Trips and Experiences." We started by developing a look for the campaign inspired by movie poster artwork to help grab the attention of viewers. This extended into a comprehensive messaging campaign that highlighted the new features of Airbnb, focusing on immersive local experiences and the ease of integrating these with accommodation bookings. The campaign's look, feel, voice, and tone were designed to capture the essence of authentic travel experiences, showcasing how Airbnb's "Trips and Experiences" could transform ordinary trips into extraordinary journeys.

The Result:
