The Ask:

Adobe needed an impactful launch strategy for Adobe Aero, their new augmented reality creation toolkit, for Adobe Max 2019. The strategy had to showcase Aero's creative possibilities and its ease of use for both novice and experienced creators.

The Answer:

In collaboration with Bonfire Labs, I worked closely with key Adobe stakeholders to develop the brand and content strategies. My role also involved creative direction and conceptualization of the launch video. We crafted a narrative that highlighted Aero's integration with other Adobe tools and its ability to create unique AR art forms. To vividly demonstrate Aero's capabilities, we partnered with graffiti artist Hueman for an interactive art experience, using bold typographic messages and artwork that underscored Aero’s contextual adaptability and creative power.

The Result:

The launch video and campaign were a resounding success at Adobe Max 2019. They effectively communicated Aero's transformative AR capabilities and seamless workflow, appealing to a wide range of creators. The collaboration with Hueman brought a tangible and engaging aspect to the launch, illustrating Aero's practical application in real-world art, significantly boosting its reception in the creative community.
